UK customers can order from excentrix.uk at any time while the site is available.
Order your goods by selecting an item from the appropriate product page – including quantity, size, colour or other option – and clicking ‘Add to Bag’.
You can continue to shop or proceed to the checkout to complete your delivery and enter payment details. You can register for an optional account to monitor your purchases.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card via PayPal. We do not collect or store your payment details.
Orders are processed and dispatched on receipt of payment.
5. Delivery times
T-shirts
Every T-shirt is printed to order and we aim to deliver your T-shirt to you within 7 working days.
Printing will take 2-4 working days and delivery by Royal Mail First Class another 1-3 working days.
Most of the time you should receive your T-shirt faster, but we say 7 days to cover most eventualities.

6. Shipping
We ship to the UK mainland. Shipping is free.
We do not accept international orders at this time.
7. Cancellation
T-shirts
As our T-shirts are printed on demand to your specific requirements, you cannot cancel an order for T-shirts after you have placed it .
8. Replacements and refunds
If the goods sent to you do not match your order – for example, if the T-shirt you receive is a different size to that which you ordered – or if goods are faulty in any way, we will provide a replacement or refund once we have confirmed their condition. Please contact us by phone or email and send us photographs so that we can resolve any problems.
If you need to return goods to us, please ensure they are unworn, and wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
9. Appearance
We include photos of actual T-shirts on this web site so that you can see what they look like when printed and being worn. Colours appear different in different lights but we try as hard as we can to show you the appearance and quality of our T-shirts so you can be confident that the shirt you receive is as close as possible to how you want it.
